Job Description
You’ll be a proactive problem-solver who can make customers feel like friends. In this role, you’ll provide inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our contact center software system
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations
