Job Description
You’ll be a proactive problem-solver who can make customers feel like friends. In this role, you’ll provide inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.
Requirements
Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our contact center software system
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations
