Job Description
Provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment as a Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid. Work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
