Job Description
Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid role provides inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. Work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in-office and 3 days remotely. Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships with patients.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
