Job Description
Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid role requires providing inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The role involves working in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
