Provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, working on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely. Build rapport with patients and resolve their issues or escalate to internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
