Job Description
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver to provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, working on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
