Job Description
Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid role involves providing inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The role requires building rapport with patients, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. The position works on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in an office and 3 days remotely.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our contact center software system
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations
