Job Description
Provide inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. Work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely.

Requirements

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
  • Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
