Job Description
Provide inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. Work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely.
Requirements
Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients
Identify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
