Job Description
Provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
