Job Description
We are seeking a proactive problem-solver to provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. In this role, you will work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely, and be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
