Role OverviewProvide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, working with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. Work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely.
What You Will Do
Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers, build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients, and maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
