Role OverviewAs a Patient Transporter at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, you will play a vital role in the safety of our patients by assisting nurses with moving/transporting patients throughout the facility with various equipment. You will be joining our Clinical Care Operations (CCO) team that we like to call family! Transporters are constantly on the move in this fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Transport patients safely and efficiently between various departments, assist with patient handling and lifting, provide distribution services of requested items, and collect, clean, and disinfect patient care equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for individuals with certification for BLS, interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge of computer skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills, and ability to function with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
