Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. You will promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
