Patrol Officer II position is a commissioned, law enforcement position providing police services involving enforcement of laws, rules and regulations applying to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the University, and surrounding municipalities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • USA citizenship
  • Certified under the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training Police Officer's Professional Standard (P.O.P.S.) program
  • Valid driver's license required and insurable through University's auto insurance policy
  • Certified or eligible for the DOCJT Intermediate Law Enforcement Officer Certification
