Role OverviewThe Patty Room Technician will work in the Meat processing department, stacking and packing meat patties, prepping meat patty crates, and assisting in other meat department positions. The role requires working in cold temperatures, lifting up to 70 lbs, and performing repetitive actions. The technician will work in a team environment, with a rotating schedule and alternating days off.
What You Will Do
Stacking and packing meat patties, prepping meat patty crates, labeling and stacking crates, and performing final inspections of products before shipping. The technician will also assist in disassembling equipment after production ends and assist in other meat department positions as needed.
