Job Description
The Payment Administration Analyst will ensure the performance of payment processes, handling loan applications, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include batching payments, processing withdrawals, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy within a high-volume environment. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and accurate handling of customer information.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA corporate office full time.
  • 2+ years’ experience in payment processing, payment payoffs, and default within the Mortgage Servicing Industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and proficiency in Black Knight Financial Services (MSP/BKFS) and LoanSphere systems highly preferred.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
