Job Description
The Payment Operations Manager will direct daily operations in the Payment and Card Services areas, including mentorship and management of department employees. The role requires advanced knowledge of the financial industry, laws and regulations, and management techniques. The manager will develop team members to be subject matter experts and provide guidance to members and staff to resolve complex issues.
