STCU is a top-performing credit union seeking a Payment Operations Representative to provide payments and operation support to employees, maintain regulatory compliance, and assist with troubleshooting and researching department issues.

Requirements

  • Maintain regulatory compliance and prevent losses to members and credit union by adhering to documented procedures, accuracy standards, established deadlines, service level agreements, and department standards.
  • Assist Specialist and Senior level staff on departmental and STCU projects by completing assigned tasks
  • Perform primary telephone support by adhering to all service level agreements and assist members and employees through all support channels with professionalism, compassion and respect.
