Job Description
Payment Operations Specialist (E-commerce / D2C) to support and optimize day-to-day transactional and operational flows across multiple platforms.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, payment processing, online transactions or marketplace operations
Strong understanding of payment gateways & merchant accounts, approval rates, soft/hard declines, end-to-end payment flows
Experience with Amazon Seller and working with tools such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar processors
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Comfortable working in highly repetitive, process-driven environments
Ability to act independently and make operational decisions
Fluent English (written and spoken)
