Role OverviewThe Payment Processing Specialist will manage and oversee the processing of payments received from clients who owe money to DSS/HRA, ensuring accuracy. They will process credit card transactions, review payments, and assist clients with issues related to Medicaid surplus payments and coverage. The specialist will also prepare input documents, oversee the Cashier's window, and respond to incoming calls on the IVRS system.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
