Job Description
Corpay is looking to hire a Payment Processor within our Paymerang division in Richmond, VA. This role involves handling payment processing tasks, including outbound and inbound calls, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Proficiency with BizPay, Pega, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix Workspace
