Job Description
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Payment Processor within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will handle payment processing tasks, including outbound and inbound calls, and support the onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Proficiency with BizPay, Pega, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix Workspace
