Role Overview

The Payment Servicing Associate is responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, KPI’s and adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, as well as compliance.

What You Will Do

Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs, respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA, track productivity and provide status updates for KPI’s, work with QA team to ensure Productivity, Quality, Compliance standards are met, and generate letters, send and retain documents as requested to ensure accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year working in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment, auto finance experience a plus, high school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter, proven ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment, ability to represent the company while interfacing with insurance companies, body shops, etc., agile and can successfully adjust to changing priorities to meet business demand, and ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year working in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Auto finance experience a plus
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated business etiquette including verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate across the organization
  • Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter
  • Proven ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of general office equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
