Rippling is seeking a Payments Licensing Specialist to assist with global payments and lending licensing and examination program. The successful candidate will have experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory, or paralegal roles and a passion for efficiency and building scalable approaches in the ever-changing world of money transmission, e-money, payments, and lending compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory, or paralegal roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to generate new and innovative solutions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand and practical advice
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
