This role involves ensuring accurate payroll entries, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the compensation and benefits departments. Requirements

  • Prepare and post ledger entries with earnings and deductions.
  • Prepare and post accrued payroll, vacation, annual bonuses, and severance.
  • Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and schedules.
  • Produces ad hoc and recurring payroll reporting.
  • Prepare and post entries to bill out allocated compensation.
  • Serves as a point of contact for compensation related queries.
  • Develop processes and procedures for increased efficiencies.
  • Document and update payroll procedures.
