Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing facility in Nanuet, NY is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Requirements
Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
Review timekeeping, payroll changes, deductions, adjustments, and related payroll data for accuracy.
Prepare payroll reports, data analysis, and other ad hoc reporting as needed.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and personnel-related documentation.
Provide payroll-related support to employees and managers, including responding to questions regarding pay, deductions, time records, and payroll procedures.
Coordinate with payroll vendors and other external partners as needed.
Support compliance with applicable payroll practices, employment regulations, and internal policies.
Assist with benefits-related payroll deductions and related employee data updates.
Support compensation-related data entry, reporting, and salary-related updates.
Partner with HR team members to ensure payroll information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Help identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee pay, personal, and sensitive employment information.
Support HR projects and other related administrative initiatives as needed.
