Job Description
IGT, a global leader in gaming and fintech solutions, is hiring a Payroll Analyst III to support payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population. The role involves processing end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll, managing payroll for 2,000+ employees, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
  • Hands-on experience with ADP (GlobalView strongly preferred) and ADP Workforce Manager Time solution
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance
  • Proven ability to ensure payroll accuracy at scale
  • Experience handling garnishments, terminations, and payroll adjustments
  • Advanced Excel and strong technical skills
