Job Description
Grande Fond du Lac is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to own the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payroll, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with federal, state, and local regulations, and to play a key role in payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or other related field
  • 3+ years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms, UKG preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Associates and external stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes and drive process improvements
  • High level of professionalism with a strong commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and safeguard payroll and Associate data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
