Role OverviewThe Payroll and Benefits Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and confidential administration of payroll and employee benefits. This role assists with payroll processing, timekeeping review, benefits administration, employee questions, recordkeeping, procedure support, and routine reporting.
What You Will Do
Assist with payroll processing, review and validate timesheets, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and coordinate new hire enrollments and benefit changes.

Requirements
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a two-year degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration and accounting support
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly
