Job Description
The Payroll and Benefits Specialist role is to provide support in the Human Resources Department of the Company. The primary purpose of this role is to provide payroll processing, maintaining benefits records and personnel records, handling workers compensation claims and related activities, and assisting in employee relations programs and activities.

Requirements

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Maintain time and labor management records
  • Prepare 401(k) / Deferred Comp / HSA and other benefit reports
  • Administer disability claims and workers' compensation claims
  • Maintain benefits files and personnel files
  • Provide reports to Management and other departments as required
