Role OverviewThe Payroll Associate II assists in the preparation of semi-monthly payrolls, implements timekeeping systems, completes required reports, compiles payroll information, and maintains required records.
What You Will Do
Administers electronic timekeeping program, trains employees and supervisors, verifies missing punches, pending edits, and pending PTO, assists in semi-monthly payroll processing, and answers pay/PTO related questions.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
- Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience in a payroll department (2 years)
- Minimum Two years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, finance or accounting; OR Bachelor's degree in related field and 1 year of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, finance or accounting
