Job Description
Augsburg University is seeking a temporary Payroll & Benefits Administrator to process payroll and benefits programs, preparing data for accurate and timely pay. The role involves cross-training with the Payroll and Benefits specialist and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This is a paid position for a maternity leave in early December, with initial training provided.
Requirements
Three (3) or more years of full-time, professional administrative experience with at least one (1) year of directly related payroll, benefits, or human resources related administration.
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines while managing competing demands.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of collaboration and exceptional customer service.
Understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and wage and hour laws.
