Job Description
Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk with 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience to process payroll for our multi-state, union, and non-union workforce.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems, preferably Workforce Now
  • A solid grasp of general accounting principles (GL, debits/credits, and reconciliations)
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-state payroll tax requirements
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Highly skilled in Excel
  • A team Player and able to interact easily with co-workers
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self-initiative
  • A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator with a polite, yet firm disposition
