Job Description
Fleet Farm is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The role involves processing, auditing, and maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and serving as a primary support contact for UKG Workforce Management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll processing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as payroll software systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as payroll software systems
  • Experience using UKG Workforce Management is preferred
  • Experience in a multi-location or large retail environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro (Ultipro) or similar HRIS software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
