KBW Financial has partnered with a well-established organization based out of Middlesex County Ma that is actively looking to add a Payroll Generalist to their growing team! The Payroll Generalist will assist with the preparation of all payroll functions for the company.

Requirements

  • Oversee system setup and ongoing administration of project and employee access within the Field Time Collection (FTC) platform
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records by managing updates and changes to the field workforce database
  • Contribute to end-to-end payroll operations, supporting timely and precise wage processing
  • Compile and review apprentice wage classifications and ratio compliance data to support reporting requirements
