Job Description
Payroll & Labor Compliance Auditor to support labor compliance across renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to prevailing wage laws, apprenticeship requirements, and project-specific contractual obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, auditing, or labor compliance
Experience with prevailing wage laws, apprenticeship requirements, or Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance
Hands-on experience with certified payroll processes and documentation
Familiarity with LCP Tracker (LPC Tracker) or similar compliance tracking systems
