Job Description
Leslie's is hiring a Payroll Lead to support the coordination of a centralized payroll team responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across multiple states.

Requirements

  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Serve as a technical resource for payroll coordinators and employees
  • Provide support for UKG Payroll and Dimensions systems
  • Perform weekly audits of payroll, HR, and tax data
  • Monitor and manage payroll support inbox and voicemail
  • Create and analyze reports using UKG Business Intelligence tools
  • Develop and maintain payroll procedures, documentation, and training materials
  • Train new team members and act as an escalation point for payroll-related matters
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
