Job Description
We are a multifaceted CPA firm that provides financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We are seeking a Payroll Lead to develop and maintain relationships with payroll clients and staff, develop company-wide payroll policies and procedures, and ensure that pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise with QuickBooks Desktop for payroll calculation, processing, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based payroll (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paychex Flex, Gusto, etc.).
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Creative problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
