Role OverviewThe Payroll Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll while providing functional guidance and oversight of day-to-day payroll operations.
What You Will Do
The Payroll Lead will lead bi-weekly payroll processing, review payroll data for accuracy and completeness, ensure accurate calculation and processing of regular and overtime wages, manage Wisely payments, and support quarterly and year-end payroll activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible payroll experience
- Advanced knowledge of payroll processes, federal, state, and local wage and hour requirements, payroll taxation, deductions, garnishments, and payroll compliance practices
- Proficiency with payroll and timekeeping systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
