Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the full-cycle payroll process for a large, multi-entity organization of 1,000+ employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
  • Proven experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees
  • Hands-on experience with Ceridian HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently and think critically
  • Strong systems aptitude with the ability to streamline processes and reduce manual work
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
