Requirements
Supervise and manage the daily operations of members of the payroll team.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to payroll staff.
Serve as the Payroll Subject Matter Expert, delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
Manage the compliant execution of the annual compensation cycle.
Oversee year-end payroll processes including W-2 distribution and inquiries.
Partner with Payroll Compliance & Data Manager to coordinate tasks.
