Job Description
Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll process, compile payroll statistics, maintain payroll records, and perform audits and reviews of all required payroll deductions.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with multi-state payroll administration required
  • Experience in accounting journal entry preparation
  • Experience in annual audits, various payroll filings, new state registrations
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and solid knowledge of payroll and benefit principles
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong experience with Excel and HR systems
