Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist/ HR Admin to manage bi-weekly payroll processing, compliance, benefits administration, and HR support. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations. The position provides excellent opportunities for those with payroll expertise and a desire to broaden HR skills.

Requirements

  • Process bi-weekly payroll in Paylocity.
  • Maintain employee tax elections, garnishments, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Accurately process and reconcile benefit deductions.
  • Support open enrollment by validating benefit changes.
  • Audit employee time and attendance.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end processes including W-2s, 941s, and 1099s.
  • Support payroll compliance audits and partner with Finance.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Assist with onboarding, compliance recordkeeping, and employee file management.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement across payroll and HR functions.
