We are seeking a Payroll Specialist | HR Assistant to support the Assistant Controller and HR Director in payroll administration, compliance, and HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Administrative level work
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem resolution
