Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist | HR Assistant to support the Assistant Controller and HR Director in payroll administration, compliance, and HR-related tasks.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR Administrative level work
3+ years of experience in Payroll
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem resolution
