Job Description
We are seeking a talented Payroll Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Casa de las Campanas, an upscale resort-style living community for seniors in Rancho Bernardo. The successful candidate will have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Payroll software, and experience in healthcare and/or senior living. Responsibilities include producing accurate and timely biweekly payroll for approximately 400 employees, preparation and filing of misc. employee withholdings, and preparation and filing of Federal and State taxes on a biweekly basis.

Requirements

  • College degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience required
  • Healthcare and/or senior living experience preferred
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Payroll software
  • Strong time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • Fluent in English, Spanish language is a plus
