Job Description
Hagerman is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process accurate, timely, and compliant weekly payroll for bargaining and non-bargaining employees. The ideal candidate thrives on precision, confidentiality, and consistency, and enjoys working cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, and Operations to support employees across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of related payroll or accounting experience (degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, reconciliation, and internal controls
