Job Description
Orion Associates is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of payroll, working in a team dynamic and assisting customers daily needs.

Requirements

  • Process new hire paperwork and enter it into the payroll system
  • Execute bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, including timesheet calculations and data entry
  • Apply customer service standards and process child support, garnishment, and tax levy orders
  • Maintain employee paid time off plan and store payroll timesheets properly
  • Communicate across multiple departments and have excellent time management and organization skills
