Job Description
Orion Associates is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of payroll, working in a team dynamic and assisting customers daily needs.
Requirements
Process new hire paperwork and enter it into the payroll system
Execute bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll, including timesheet calculations and data entry
Apply customer service standards and process child support, garnishment, and tax levy orders
Maintain employee paid time off plan and store payroll timesheets properly
Communicate across multiple departments and have excellent time management and organization skills
