Role Overview

The Payroll Specialist is an advanced-level position responsible for all payroll functions, reporting to the VP of HR. This position requires thorough knowledge of payroll rules and regulations, organizational structure and systems, accounting, auditing, and government regulations.

What You Will Do

Analyze, audit, prepare, and input payroll data using ADP Workforce Payroll system. Process and distribute biweekly payroll in a multi-state environment ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of related, relevant payroll experience, with experience with equity-based compensation a plus. A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred.
