Role Overview

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for administering all aspects of the payroll and timekeeping functions, ensuring multi-state compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.

What You Will Do

Administers processing of organization's payroll, collects payroll data, handles employee status changes, analyzes payroll and employee expenses, and performs other related duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of multi-state payroll administration and payroll tax expertise
  • Payroll software experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
