As a Payroll Specialist, you will help create trust and confidence by ensuring team members are paid accurately, and that questions are handled with care and urgency. You will process accurate semi-monthly payroll for approximately 700 employees across multiple states and legal entities.
What You Will Do
Process accurate semi-monthly payroll, audit payroll data, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to support payroll accuracy and compliance, and identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows and operational efficiencies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
- Experience processing multi-state payroll
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, garnishments, and deductions
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated experience using Excel for formulas, data analysis, auditing, and reporting
